Reading your business in five minutes on a Monday

Ticksit Team · 8 June 2026 · 4 min read

Pulse reads your ticket sales, email performance and audience growth together, and turns them into a short list of what is working and what to look at.

Most small businesses have their numbers in three places — the ticketing tool, the email tool and a spreadsheet — and never look at them together. Pulse exists to do that one job.

What Pulse looks at

  • Revenue and tickets sold, compared with the previous period.
  • Email engagement across the campaigns you have sent.
  • Audience growth — new contacts from bookings, imports and sign-ups.
  • Attendance: how many people who booked actually came.

What it gives you

A business health score, a handful of plain-English insight cards — "your top event this month", "email open rate below benchmark" — and a revenue projection once you have two months of sales history. Each insight links to the page where you can act on it.

A five-minute routine

  • Open Pulse on Monday morning, or read the weekly summary email if you have it switched on.
  • Pick the one insight that matters most this week.
  • Do one thing about it — and check next Monday whether it moved.
