Please read these terms carefully before using Ticksit. They set out your rights and obligations as a customer. Sections marked Key contain important information about your rights and limitations.
Plain-language summary
- You own your data — we just process it for you.
- Cancel any time; access continues until period end.
- We're governed by South African law (POPIA, ECTA, CPA).
- Our liability is capped at 3 months' subscription fees.
- Spam and abuse result in immediate termination.
By accessing or using the Ticksit platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Ticksit (Pty) Ltd ("Ticksit") and any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform ("you", "the Customer"). They are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
If you access Ticksit on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@ticksit.co.za.
