Getting started
Head to ticksit.co.za and click "Start free trial". You can create an account with your email address. No credit card required. Your 14-day free trial includes all features on the Growth plan.
If you're running events and need email marketing, the Growth plan is the right fit for most businesses. Start with the free trial and you can downgrade or upgrade at any time.
Ticksit is entirely web-based. There's nothing to install. Just log in from any modern browser. We also have a mobile-optimised view for managing on the go.
Billing & pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We support local payment methods including credit/debit cards and EFT.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and add payment details. Your data is preserved and nothing is deleted.
Events module
We integrate with PayFast and Peach Payments, both popular South African gateways. Payouts are deposited to your local bank account within 2 business days after your event.
When attendees purchase a ticket, they receive a unique QR code via email. At the door, use the Ticksit check-in app (iOS and Android) to scan codes. The app works offline for up to 4 hours, load-shedding friendly.
Yes. You can create as many ticket types as you need: Early Bird, General, VIP, Group. Each with their own price, quantity and sale window.
Mail module
Contacts are unique email addresses in your list, regardless of how many campaigns you send them. Unsubscribed contacts don't count toward your limit.
We automatically handle SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup for your sending domain. Our infrastructure is purpose-built for high deliverability in the South African market.

Ticksit works on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.

Your data is stored on servers in the AWS Africa (Cape Town) region. We comply with POPIA and do not transfer personal data outside South Africa without your consent.
